Garf, I didn't think it was even possible. But your writing is actually getting worse.

If Eichel and Hall are in the top 10, and the Sabres will get balanced scoring across all 4 lines...

does that mean there will be 8 Sabres in the top 10 scoring?

Well, I have to say, I enjoyed reading your post. Don't agree with some, but hey nothing wrong with going against the stream these days. There will certainly be a few surprises, let's hope Sabres are one of them.

You have absolutely no right to call literally anybody else’s take lukewarm.
Your takes would still be cold if you threw them into the core of the sun. You’re terrible.

It's only one game, but after about 10 minutes in the 2nd period the Sabres looked gassed by a much older team. Granted, they did fight back in the 3rd and I commend them for that. However, this looked quite similar to Krueger's team from last season. I don't think they are screwed, but I hope they realize they need to be ready to play when the puck drops and not after going down 4-1 in the near future. They need to work on their D-zone breakouts and they have to be the first to the puck in their own end or else it's going to be a long season. Hutton made a few nice saves, but he clearly isn't part of the solution in goal.

When do the refs ever call that too many men?
